Normally I don't write letters about my experiences with companies, but after this past week dealing with Capitol/Fagan in regards to my heater - I felt compelled. The office Staff has always been very courteous and never short with me - regardless that I would call several times a day. The level of professionalism displayed by the tech's that came to my home to inspect and eventually install my new system has been a wonderful change of pace from other contractors. I've hired in the past. I am very grateful that they were able to come to my home the same day/ They got the approval to install before another cold weekend approached and they were just amazing! Removing and installing everything in record time and being nice enough to answer all my questions - whether silly or serious. I have other friends that need new systems and please rest assured that Capitol/Fagan will be my suggestion! Please feel free to contact me with any further questions.

Thank you for your reassuring words on Friday. I was able to locate a copy of a service order from last year when I had the Air Unit serviced. I do not know if this will help you, but wanted to make it available for you.
You can reach me via cell phone, but I do not always have it on me when working, If I know you are calling I will have my cell phone on me.
Thank you again for such tremendous service. It is a rarity in this society. I have already told many of my friends about Fagan Heat & Air, all of them homeowners, all of them impressed. I already knew you had won my neighbor over by the way she spoke of your service call before I could tell her of my conversation with you.
